About The Position

The Sr. Director, HR Service Delivery leads the company-wide development and execution of the transformative HR technologies and team member support globally. This role is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, redesign and execution of the HRIS roadmap that advances the organization's digital HR capabilities and ensures that people data drives meaningful and actionable insights across the organization, while also supporting team member queries with strong process, policy and technology solutions that meets JIT answers. Collaborates across the entire HR division and the enterprise, particularly with Signature's Technology team. This organizational leader has deep expertise in HR systems with a strong background in HR process optimization, and business intelligence to deliver scalable and future-forward solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Ten+ years' related experience.
  • Proven success managing HRIS systems such as Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Cornerstone.
  • Must have experience working in at least one other area of an HR Operations/HR Shared Services/HR function.
  • Experience managing outsourced, offshored or contract labor.
  • At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
  • At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced educational degree or equivalent work experience, education concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Master's degree/MBA.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or related functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with a global workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Reimagines HR systems architecture by assessing current tools, identifying modernization opportunities, and implementing next-gen platforms.
  • Ensures seamless integration and continuous improvement to deliver intuitive, streamlined user experiences.
  • Owns and leads the end-to-end transformation of all HRIS platforms including but not limited to third party vendor systems: Oracle, UKG, ServiceNow, SABA, and Benefit Admin Systems.
  • Leads HR process and policy transformation with consideration for team member work type, location and support model.
  • Partners with HR leadership, IT, Finance, and key stakeholders to redesign and optimize end-to-end HR processes, leveraging technology for automation and scalability.
  • Collaborates with COEs (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) to measure program effectiveness and drives evidence-based decision making.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing team of professionals focused on HR technology innovation excellence.
  • Creates a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and delivery to support rapid digital change.
