The Sr. Director, HR Service Delivery leads the company-wide development and execution of the transformative HR technologies and team member support globally. This role is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, redesign and execution of the HRIS roadmap that advances the organization's digital HR capabilities and ensures that people data drives meaningful and actionable insights across the organization, while also supporting team member queries with strong process, policy and technology solutions that meets JIT answers. Collaborates across the entire HR division and the enterprise, particularly with Signature's Technology team. This organizational leader has deep expertise in HR systems with a strong background in HR process optimization, and business intelligence to deliver scalable and future-forward solutions.
