Senior Director, Head of US Property and Development Accounting

Tishman Speyer is seeking a strategic and experienced accounting leader to serve as the Head of US Property and Development Accounting. This role will be based in New York and will oversee all accounting functions for US-based real estate operations, including financial reporting, operational accounting, and capital expenditure accounting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate accounting, with deep knowledge across office, residential, and industrial asset classes, and strong experience managing outsourced accounting teams. This role reports to the Chief Accounting Officer.
