About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in public policy, public affairs, government affairs, market access, access strategy, or issues management.
  • Experience juggling multiple deadlines and priorities on intricate, critical issues.
  • Understanding of and experience working with or adjacent to the pharma sector.
  • Expertise in distilling sophisticated policy concepts into plain language.
  • Skilled at managing cross-functional partner relations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on both strategy and execution.
  • Deep understanding of the federal/state legislative and regulations process.
  • Steadfast desire to understand the data that drives policy and commercial business decisions.
  • Experience in leading projects and teams directly or indirectly.

Responsibilities
