About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and managing large teams in government consulting or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in client management, particularly with high-profile stakeholders such as Governors or Medicaid directors
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing P&L and driving operational efficiency
  • Ability to operate independently as a business leader while fostering effective collaboration with peers and teams
  • Established credibility and network within the government health policy landscape
  • Open, humble, and resilient leadership style with strong problem-solving and learning agility
  • Advanced understanding of government health policy, regulations, and consulting practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of government consulting specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and client focus
  • Expand practice capabilities and client value by integrating deep policy, clinical, and pharmacy expertise
  • Manage the financial performance of the practice, including P&L, staffing, and pipeline management
  • Drive business growth by developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and building strong client relationships
  • Mentor and develop team members, oversee hiring, and proactively manage performance
  • Collaborate across internal teams and sectors to ensure alignment, break down silos, and enhance service delivery
  • Maintain operational stability while promoting innovation and continuous improvement within the practice
