THE ROLE: We seek an experienced and dynamic candidate to recruit, engage, and manage GSI partners as a means of driving significant growth for our Enterprise and Managed Services business at IGEL. This role will be instrumental in driving mindshare growth, solution enablement, and ultimately pipeline/sales success within these partner organizations, directing a team of resources with regional focus in the organization. The role requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders across organizations and regions. The broad scope of this role spans across programs, marketing, business development, and ultimately sales. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an enabler, and a relationship builder, possessing exceptional communication skills, the ability to drive partner strategy and growth through effective execution of business planning, willingness to collaborate across functions in a matrix organization, and accountability for achieving business outcomes rather than merely task-oriented execution.
