Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven leadership in SaaS sales operations, specifically within a global or multi-regional environment.
  • Deep expertise in sales performance management, including the design of complex compensation plans and territory optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and the use of CRM metrics to drive business partnership with executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale change management initiatives and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI techniques to enhance predictive sales forecasting and process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate annual planning and go-to-market design, including the strategic implementation of sales quotas, territories, and account alignments.
  • Drive global sales productivity by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing sophisticated improvements that remove friction for frontline teams.
  • Lead and mentor regional Sales Operations teams across the globe to ensure consistent execution of performance plans and sales incentives.
  • Partner with Sales Business Intelligence to develop interactive dashboards that uncover deep data insights, predicting risks and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Influence the global sales tech stack by evaluating and recommending cutting-edge tools to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
