(how many countries will the role operate in?): • 4 or more countries at a minimum of 40% of time Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience: • Essential: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related discipline; Substantial pharmaceutical experience, including significant regulatory experience; Highly developed leadership, written and verbal communication skills • Desirable: Experience in multiple therapeutic areas; Knowledge of worldwide regulatory rules Key Relationship to reach solutions: • Internal (to AZ or team): Regulatory Affairs Leadership Team; Corporate & Government Affairs; Clinical Drug Safety; Legal • External (to AZ): Trade Associations; Health Authorities in all key markets Compensation Pay Range: 211,854.40 - 317,781.60 USD Annual The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position is outlined above. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
