The Senior Director, Global Product Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management of the Instrument and Consumable product portfolio within the Core Histology Business Unit. In this role, you will collaborate closely with R&D, commercial teams, and senior leadership to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across a broad range of products. As part of the Core Histology Business Unit, this position will be located onsite in Deer Park, IL or Richmond, IL, and you will play a critical role in shaping the future of anatomic pathology labs and adjacent markets with a diverse portfolio of products and solutions. As the Senior Director, you will report to the SVP, Core Business and lead a global team of product managers. This position will require strong strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to execute complex global initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
