We are looking for a Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing to lead a high performing team that will transform how we drive growth across our partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact executive role where you'll serve as the strategic right hand to our VP of Global Field, Partner & Strategic Account Marketing, driving the vision, strategy, and execution that will scale our partnerships with channel partners, global system integrators (GSIs), managed service providers (MSPs), distributors, and technology alliances across all segments and geographies. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with a track record of building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop leadership talent, drive career growth, and create environments where top performers thrive.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams across cultures, time zones, and business contexts while maintaining cohesion and alignment.
  • Ability to lead organizational transformation, drive adoption of new processes, and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • 15+ years in B2B technology partner marketing with comprehensive expertise across channel, GSI, MSP, distribution, and technology alliance ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to design and execute partner marketing strategies that drive measurable growth across multiple partner types, segments, products, and geographies.
  • Strong understanding of complex technology partnerships, integrations, joint solutions, and the technical buying journey in enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated track record of building partner programs that generate significant partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to drive execution and solve complex operational challenges.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in marketing analytics, pipeline measurement, ROI analysis, and business metrics.
  • Deep understanding of competitive dynamics, market trends, customer needs, and ecosystem evolution in the data security space (preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect marketing investments to revenue outcomes and articulate value to executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Partner organizations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level audiences, craft compelling narratives, and earn trust quickly.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, manage competing priorities, and build consensus across diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a world-class team: Inspire, mentor, and scale a high-performing global partner marketing organization spanning Channel, GSI, MSP, Distribution, and Technology Alliance teams.
  • Drive cultural excellence: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative execution across geographically distributed teams.
  • Develop future leaders: Own talent strategy including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development to build bench strength for sustained growth.
  • Champion organizational alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Partner Sales, and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution of partner-led growth strategies.
  • Define, socialize, and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy that aligns with Rubrik's corporate objectives and accelerates partner-sourced revenue growth.
  • Build differentiated strategies and scalable programs across partner types, products, segments, and geographies—balancing enterprise-level customization with operational efficiency.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new partner launches, technical integrations, joint solutions, and co-innovation initiatives—including positioning, messaging, launch orchestration, and field enablement.
  • Maintain strategic foresight into competitive landscapes, emerging partner trends, customer buying behaviors, and ecosystem shifts to position Rubrik ahead of the curve.
  • Establish global frameworks, processes, and standards that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across all partner marketing initiatives.
  • Design and execute comprehensive co-marketing programs, product playbooks, demand generation campaigns, and partner-led pipeline strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Create programs that enhance partner loyalty, competency development, and active selling behaviors across the ecosystem.
  • Develop partner-facing tools, resources, and experiences that empower partners to effectively market and drive demand for Rubrik solutions.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to ensure marketing programs are tightly integrated with business objectives and partner needs.
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and KPI frameworks that track partner-sourced pipeline, program ROI, partner engagement, and business impact across all partner types.
  • Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to revenue.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Partner and Marketing Leadership through compelling executive presentations, insights-driven recommendations, and business reviews.
  • Develop feedback loops and refinement processes that improve investment efficiency, program performance, and partner experience over time.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $243,500—$300,000 USD.
