The Senior Director, Global Inclusion will drive global programming and strategic internal and external partnerships to embed inclusive business processes that best serve our employees and clients. They will partner with senior leaders, management teams, and other colleagues to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive culture for all, eliminating systemic marginalization and promoting inclusive practices via structures, customs, and leadership. The Senior Director, Global Inclusion will report to the Chief Inclusion Officer. The role will manage a small to medium sized team of Inclusion Director program managers, and analysts that serve our five regions and provide close oversight and partnership for global inclusion analytics and reporting.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Experience leading large-scale Inclusion and people development initiatives in a global role.
  • Strategically focused leadership skills that include composure, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of relevant industries (FinTech, Financial Services, Tech, or Sales and Services).
  • Influence and followership with peers and senior leaders across an organization.
  • Experience successfully establishing an external network of Inclusion related industry and community partnerships.
  • Demonstrated project and process management experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to craft a meaningful, business-relevant inclusion narrative.
  • Experience in coaching and working with top-level executives on Inclusion and Diversity solutions.
  • Advanced understanding of cultural differences to be successful in a global organization.
  • Strong collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
  • Financial acumen in budget and ROI cases.

Nice To Haves

  • 15 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).

Responsibilities

  • Execution of strategic plans for embedding Inclusion internally and externally through program development and partnership engagement.
  • Embedding Inclusion strategies into the employee lifecycle (recruitment, retention, progression, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement) in alignment with the People Strategy.
  • Partner closely with People Team to support the needs of the business and to integrate goals into business plans and operational practices.
  • Work closely with the People Team to develop metrics and KPIs to monitor, track and report progress to senior leaders.
  • Work closely with Senior Leaders and Regional Inclusion Leads to design programs and initiatives to address systemic changes needed to drive an inclusive culture for all employees.
  • Support Chief Inclusion Officer in building robust and sustainable strategies that fit the needs of business units and global markets with a focus on talent attraction, retention and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver internal initiatives to educate and engage employees on inclusion topics, including training, workshops, and internal communications, aligned to the Global strategy.
  • Provide oversight to the Analytics team to ensure strong data governance, structures, and accuracy in reporting globally.
  • Provide oversight and governance to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other platforms that promote a sense of belonging and community globally.
  • Build and deliver an external Inclusion event strategy.
  • Partner with Chief Inclusion Officer and Corporate Communications teams to deliver an internal/external process for sharing inclusion impact.
  • Coach, develop, support and build capability of PBP org to be inclusion partners.
