This position, reporting to the Executive Director of Global Medical Affairs, Insights, Digital and Analytics, is responsible for leading the healthcare professional (HCP) digital strategy and transformation within Medical Affairs. The individual will create cohesive and personalized engagements between Gilead and the medical community, spearheading the strategy for digital capabilities, orchestrating omnichannel efforts, and deploying new and evolving digital technologies, including AI/ML applications and digital health advances. The role requires collaboration with partners in commercial, development, compliance, and information technology teams to enhance Medical Affairs engagements and patient results through tailored content and unified digital offerings. The successful candidate will work across all therapeutic areas to build organizational enthusiasm for and ensure the implementation of new solutions that provide meaningful, patient-centric value in a highly matrixed organization. This office-based position in Foster City will involve leading digital optimization for Medical Affairs through user experience research, behavioral data analytics, and cross-functional insights, while also serving as a change agent and strategic thought partner for Medical Affairs to connect deeply with HCPs through an integrated digital and omnichannel ecosystem.
