About The Position
The Senior Director of Global Facility Management provides technical expertise, strategic guidance and oversight of our facility and life cycle asset management programs. The Head of Facility Management is accountable for day to day facility management delivery supporting 4 distinct asset types (office, medical, pharmaceutical, and data centers) including performance management of in house and third party provider teams driving high quality performance through an outcomes-based, cost effective, customer-centric and efficient support model. This role provides technical expertise, reporting, analytics and escalation resolution to the real estate customer relationship managers and the businesses they support. The role is directly accountable for US operations and also serves as a Center of Excellence best practices sharing contact for the international portfolio.
