About The Position
The Senior Director of Global Ethics & Compliance will lead the development of key elements of Emergent Biosolutions global compliance program, and act as the primary Business Partner providing compliance advice, training, and support to the Commercial, Medical, R&D and Corporate functions. Ideally, this person would be a strong generalist with expertise in the pharmaceutical, medical device and/or Over-The-Counter medicine space. Additionally, they will be the primary owner of the Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption program and will help drive Emergent's Third Party Risk Management program. Experience operationalizing program elements through tools and technology would be valuable. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and may be Remote. This position will have broad familiarity with the US and International laws and Codes of Practice governing the activities of pharmaceutical manufacturers.
