In Go-To Market Enablement, our vision is to build the world’s leading data driven Enablement engine that connects LinkedIn’s solutions with customer needs at scale. We enable every member of LinkedIn’s Global Business Organization with the process, skills and tools, needed to deliver value in their current role, and the next. The LMS Enablement team is responsible for overseeing the development of scalable, flexible global Onboarding, product, tools, coaching and skill enablement programs that can be deployed and customized regionally and per segment. Aligned with the Global VP of Sales, the leader of this team is an expert who knows how to drive field transformation that increases our customers’ value and partnership with LinkedIn. They know how to build a roadmap and approach for all enablement efforts to ensure that behavior change sticks, and how to tie Enablement work to business impact. They lead a high performing global team in a fast-paced and accelerating environment.
