Marriott International is entering a new chapter of growth and evolution. The Senior Director, Global Creative will lead the development and execution of the creative strategy, creative concepts, brand identity, visual identity, print, collateral, and on-property branded items for the brands within the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. The Senior Director, Global Creative will lead an internal creative team and manage external creative agencies in the development of breakthrough marketing and experience efforts in partnership with the brand teams. The Senior Director, Global Creative must excel in highly conceptual design and display an aptitude for strategic thinking for brands and audiences. The role will be a core member of Riott Haus Creative, the in-house creative agency at Marriott International. This role will lead a team of creatives (art, copy, video, & design) to produce work that exceeds the brand team’s expectations. The Senior Director, Global Creative should have a well-rounded approach to developing marketing and experiential elements expressed through all mediums including TV, Print, OOH, Digital, Social, & Experiential. This role requires expert storyteller skills and someone who can fashion award-winning narratives that build the brand through all mediums and delivers a unique experience. The job includes hands-on development to ensure that all collateral (e.g., photo-shoots, illustrations, digital imaging, etc.) follows both brand and industry standards.
