About The Position

The Sr Director of Global Business Transformation will drive high-impact cross-functional global initiatives that create sustainable competitive advantages for SN by dramatically enhancing our ability to deliver products that delight consumers globally with efficiency and scale. This role will have direct reports. This senior leader will partner closely with our c-suite team and other leaders at SharkNinja to drive results on global, cross-functional projects aimed at transforming business processes, accelerating our world-wide expansions, and improving overall operational efficiency to help SharkNinja achieve its short, medium, and long-term strategic goals. Project types will range a wide variety of topics and functions, based on the needs of the business and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, and related fields.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional and direct report teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including relationship-building with c-suite executives.
• Successful track record of delivering results within a rapidly growing company and a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and being able to deliver results through others.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong proficiency in project management.
• Superior MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.

• CPG experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional cross-functional teams to deliver a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended outcomes.
• Partner with c-suite to stand up new regions and new functions including designing the strategic operating model, optimizing processes, and impactfully telling the story and vision for the transformational area.
• Collaborate with the IT and business teams to drive the adoption of new technologies and digital tools that support business transformation goals, including the deployment of AI and GenAI.
• Proactively identify opportunity areas in partnership with the business and own the process of mitigating/resolving identified issues.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation efforts.
• Drive the leadership of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition processes with minimal disruption to business operations.
