About The Position

The Senior Director, FP&A will lead LIV Golf’s global financial planning, forecasting and performance management processes, providing strategic financial insight to the CFO, executive leadership team and Board. This role will drive financial visibility across the organisation, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions while ensuring the company maintains strong financial discipline during a period of rapid global growth. The Senior Director will be responsible for building and leading a best-in-class FP&A function, developing sophisticated financial models, long-range planning frameworks and performance reporting capabilities that support LIV Golf’s strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or transaction services.
  • Experience running or leading an FP&A function in a complex or high-growth organisation.
  • Deep financial modelling expertise, including building bottom-up long-range financial plans and strategic financial models.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and Boards, translating financial data into clear strategic insights.
  • Advanced capability in financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis, including strong proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Experience leveraging BI platforms, reporting tools and data visualisation solutions to improve financial transparency.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles and financial performance management.
  • High level of commercial acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.

  • Experience operating in high-growth, dynamic or start-up environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead LIV Golf’s FP&A function, overseeing the company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management processes.
  • Partner closely with the CFO, executive leadership team and Board to provide strategic financial insights that inform key business decisions.
  • Own the development and delivery of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plans, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated bottom-up financial models to forecast revenue growth, profitability, margins and cash flow across the organisation.
  • Provide clear, insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class FP&A processes, tools and financial frameworks to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reporting, commentary and presentation materials for executive leadership and Board meetings.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards and reporting tools that improve transparency and enable real-time performance tracking across the business.
  • Partner with senior leaders across departments to ensure financial accountability, effective capital allocation and strong commercial decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data, technology and automation to enhance financial planning and reporting capabilities.
  • Support strategic initiatives, business development opportunities and investment decisions through rigorous financial analysis and modelling.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, establishing a culture of analytical excellence and strong business partnership.
