About this role: Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs, this role sits at the center of a dynamic, mission-driven division that touches nearly every aspect of the student experience. The Senior Director plays a central role in shaping how the division allocates resources, aligns priorities, and plans for the future, ensuring decisions about people, budgets, and operations advance both divisional and university goals. The position oversees a complex financial portfolio of more than $43 million in annual expenses, $16 million in revenue, and approximately $5 million in gifts, endowments, and capital funds. It also provides strategic direction for workforce planning across more than 265 professional staff. As a key member of the Student Affairs senior leadership team, the Senior Director helps set divisional strategy, anticipate and respond to emerging opportunities and challenges, guide resource allocation, shape policy, and build strong partnerships with institutional leaders across finance and human resources.
