About The Position

The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for directing and organizing the financial planning process for Comcast Business in the Northeast Division. This role involves leading the month-end, forecast, and budget processes for all NED CB subscriber and revenue activity. The Senior Director creates and maintains a monthly reporting package to monitor subscriber and P&L activity and report out on Comcast Business results to management teams. Additionally, the position conducts performance analysis and progress review reports, leads special projects, and provides management with financial data and business advice to support resource allocation decisions and corporate growth objectives. The role also contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy and interprets this strategy to develop organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Financial Operations, and Financial Planning

Responsibilities

• Leads FPA process for NED CB organization
• Oversees month-end, forecast, and budget process for NED CB revenue activity
• Serves as a channel for CB, Division, and HQ senior management to relay their financial planning and business needs/issues
• Leads the preparation and review of budget and forecast materials for executive leaders and manages ongoing reporting against budget and plan objectives
• Develops and maintains monthly reporting to manage and track NED CB KPI performance
• Leads team of professionals to develop and deliver consistent reporting package for senior management
• Develops and implements organizational policies for planning policies and instructions, financial planning methodology, and database design
• Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary
