About The Position

The Senior Director of Finance Transformation will lead the execution and change management of VF's finance transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving strategic architecture and roadmap for financial applications, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Finance function.

Requirements

• Background/experience in overseeing and orchestrating large scale transformation and change programs.
• Strong experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to align transformation initiatives with overall Finance and corporate strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of financial technologies and tools for reporting, automation, and data analytics.
• Expertise in managing Project Management Office (PMO) activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and change management of VF's finance transformation.
• Proactively manage risk and drive transformational change to achieve process improvement.
• Help drive strategic architecture and roadmap for financial applications in collaboration with Enterprise Technology.
• Work with Finance systems lead, Finance stakeholders, and Tech partners to identify finance technology needs across all regions and brands.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of Finance transformation projects.
• Establish and maintain transformation and data governance structures for project execution.
• Ensure clear and effective communication regarding Finance transformation progress and challenges across all organizational levels.
• Provide line of sight to Senior executives on transformation progress and coordinate key sign-off meetings.
• Drive cultural change within the Finance function to embrace a change mindset, innovation, and continuous improvement.
