About The Position

Our Global Support Center/ Corporate Office is located in the Energy Corridor- off I10 and N Eldridge. Address: 1390 Enclave Pkwy, Houston, TX 77077 Hybrid Role: In-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Work from home on Thursday and Friday. POSITION SUMMARY: Prepare month-end materials and presentations to summarize financial results and insights. Partner with executive leadership to drive forecasting of all components of the income statement. Drive the implementation of field forecasts and support the enterprise process for monthly updates on risks & opportunities. Develop relationships and work collaboratively across the USFS finance teams. Drive the successful and timely completion of special projects. Become the central and trusted business partner to business leaders and finance teams within USFS.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Foodservice or food industry background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• MBA Degree or CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years in an FP&A leadership position for a large multinational corporation.
• At least 10 years of finance leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Broad knowledge of financial planning.
• Executive-level communication and reporting skills.
• Adequate capacity to handle regular responsibilities and ad-hoc requests.
