The Senior Director, Public Sector Program Management is responsible for effectively aligning the people, processes, measurements, standards, resources, and technical solutions to enable delivery excellence across all customer project management lifecycle phases, including service delivery, network design, engineering, construction, and operations and maintenance (O&M) of their assigned portfolio of programs. The Senior Director will lead a large team that executes numerous simultaneous activities (technical and non-technical) across a range of programs that include network deployments and sustainment, contract performance management, compliance and regulatory oversight, financial program control. The role also emphasizes the need for continuous improvement, with significant customer and Lumen ecosystem coordination required to direct contract performance successfully.
