EO/AA This position directs the operations and strategic planning of human resources, customer service, and financial management for all of the facilities maintenance functions and personnel within the Facilities Management department, all in support of the goals and mission of the organization. The incumbent oversees all aspects of facilities maintenance, manpower and resource management, routine and emergent capital investment and improvements, and ensures quality and continuity of service in all aspects. In addition, the position works closely with executive and department-level leadership to understand and facilitate the current and future needs of individual departments and the organization as a whole. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
