We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Experiential Production to lead client activations and you will report to the VP of Experiential Production. You will oversee multiple simultaneous projects, guiding our teams and external partners to deliver the best experiences across new business growth and existing client portfolios.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in live events, consumer marketing, or agency experience.
  • BA/BS required; technical production certification or experience.
  • Knowledge of consumer events and experiential production components.
  • Expertise in hiring, leading, and organizing onsite activation teams.
  • Passionate about production, with enthusiasm for projects of all sizes.
  • Expert in design/build fabrication and spatial design analysis.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and large-scale event programs.
  • This is a hybrid remote/in-office role. You must reside near one of our three HUB office locations: New York City, Los Angeles, or Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead production strategy, feasibility assessments, and cost estimates for projects ranging from creative consultation to full-scale execution.
  • You will manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, staffing, and scenic fabrication to ensure deliverables.
  • You will be a trusted client partner, driving satisfaction and long-term growth through relationship-building.
  • You will manage a team of producers, coordinators, and specialists, promoting a culture of performance and accountability.
  • You will collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to develop on-brand experiential programs.
  • You will provide onsite leadership during activations, overseeing install, execution, and strike phases.
  • You will oversee financial management of projects from $100K to $10M, including forecasting, reconciliation, and Return on investment analysis.
  • You will ensure compliance with all production documentation, permits, insurance, and civic requirements.
  • You will guide creative development from brainstorming through execution, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • You will establish indicators and performance metrics at the outset of each program; lead post-program reviews to analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You will identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships, especially through integrated approaches.
