About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our ERP operations at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation programs, particularly within retail and finance environments. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP security mechanisms, including role-based access control and compliance with data protection regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for optimizing system performance, establishing best-in-class backup and recovery procedures, and planning disaster recovery strategies. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of developing ERP strategies and managing cross-functional projects effectively.
