Vantage Data Centers is looking for a Senior Director, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). In this global executive role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the long-term vision of Vantage's EHS strategy across all regions. You will lead the development of a world-class safety culture that is deeply embedded in every aspect of our operations, construction, and corporate functions. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will influence enterprise-wide decision-making, ensure global regulatory compliance, and drive innovation in risk management. You will oversee a global team of EHS leaders and collaborate with executive stakeholders to align safety initiatives with business objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-regional EHS programs and delivering measurable results.

  • Define and lead the global EHS strategy, ensuring alignment with Vantage's business goals and operational priorities.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of scalable, harmonized EHS programs across all regions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights on risk trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices.
  • Establish and maintain global EHS governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to embed safety into design, construction, and operational processes.
  • Lead global audits, assessments, and benchmarking efforts to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Represent Vantage in external forums, regulatory engagements, and industry associations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence in EHS performance.
  • A Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or a related science/engineering discipline with coursework in risk management or safety is preferred, but not required, depending on experience.
  • A minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in EHS is required, including senior leadership roles with demonstrated success managing global programs and leading large, distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to influence at the executive level, drive cultural transformation, and implement innovative, scalable risk management strategies.
  • Extensive experience with international EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
