About The Position

As the Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy, you’ll help shape Best Buy’s big-picture decisions and make sure everyone understands where we’re headed. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the company to drive high-impact priorities, create strategy frameworks, and uncover new opportunities. If you love solving complex challenges and influencing outcomes at the highest level, this role is for you. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience working with large corporate organizations (directly or indirectly)
• 5 years of experience of people management
• 5 years of experience influencing senior-level stakeholders
• 5 years in a management consulting environment
