About The Position
This role is part of RBC's Enterprise Strategy team - responsible for shaping, detailing and helping drive RBC's strategic agenda -- working with the Board, Executive Management, Business lines and Functions. The person will be instrumental as a top tier, first principles problem solver, thought partner, and effective challenger. The role will report to the head of Enterprise Strategy Design and can be based in New York or Toronto.
