The Senior Director, Enterprise Programs & PMO is responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives spanning applications and infrastructure, in conjunction with the CIO. This role owns program execution, governance, and delivery discipline across strategic initiatives while serving as the enterprise PMO lead. This role is responsible for advancing enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives that support strategic business objectives. The role reports to the CTO and collaborates closely with the CIO and senior business leaders across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure complex initiatives are executed successfully and aligned with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs across applications and infrastructure.
  • Experience leading Product Costing, Finance and/or Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing or leading a PMO function.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering closely with leadership and business executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading Product Costing and/or Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
  • Background in manufacturing, operations, or technology-driven enterprises.
  • Experience working in environments with significant infrastructure modernization or platform transformation.
  • Prior experience leading teams of project managers and external resources.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Program Leadership Lead execution of complex, multi-phase enterprise initiatives across applications and infrastructure, in conjunction with the CIO.
  • Serve as executive owner for priority programs including: Product Costing (multi-phase transformation) Supply Chain initiatives (planning, execution, visibility, and optimization) Infrastructure Modernization and Upgrades
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • PMO Ownership & Governance Establish and lead the enterprise PMO function, including standards for project intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting.
  • Implement consistent project management methodologies, tools, and performance metrics.
  • Provide clear, executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and delivery outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the primary integrator across business, IT, and external partners for assigned initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with the CIO to align program execution with IT operational priorities and architectural standards.
  • Manage interdependencies across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of 3–4 Project Managers, supplemented by contingent resources as required by project scope.
  • Set priorities, performance expectations, and delivery standards for program execution.
  • Build scalable PMO capabilities to support future enterprise initiatives.
