We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to architect and scale our global business architecture starting with our Contract-to-Cash (C2C) processes, with direct impact on Insulet's enterprise value creation and business strategy. This role interfaces primarily with Senior Executives and VP+ leaders across IT, Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, and other functions, and is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions that enable our international growth and evolving business models. The decisions and designs led by this role will directly influence enterprise architecture, operational efficiency, and strategic enablement across multiple value streams—including C2C, Procure-to-Pay, and Hire-to-Retire—making it a cornerstone of our transformation agenda.

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of the C2C technology stack, including Salesforce, Contract Lifecycle Management, ERP (SAP), billing, revenue recognition, and collections platforms across the globe.
  • Partner with VP + stakeholders to define and optimize end-to-end C2C processes and any other related business processes as required.
  • Drive joint accountability for roadmap, prioritization, and success metrics.
  • Lead the process and architectural design of systems supporting quoting, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
  • Define a future-state digital blueprint for C2C that scales global growth, new business models (SaaS, DTC, etc.), and compliance requirements.
  • Translate business goals into process roadmaps and work with enterprise architecture on corresponding technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture blueprints.
  • Lead technology initiatives to streamline quote-to-cash processes, improve time-to-revenue, and reduce friction across contracting, billing, and cash operations.
  • Drive automation, workflow orchestration, and self-service capabilities where possible.
  • Drive alignment across ERP, CRM, CPQ, and billing platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
  • Partner with enterprise data and analytics teams to implement real-time dashboards and predictive KPIs for the full C2C lifecycle (e.g., quote aging, contract velocity, billing accuracy, DSO).
  • Partner with enterprise architecture to evaluate and recommend technology solutions, including SaaS platforms and custom applications.
  • Ensure compliance with global financial regulations (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS, SOX).
  • Lead cross-functional workshops and governance forums to align stakeholders on process and system changes.
  • Build and lead a global team of business and solution architects for E2E processes.
  • Mentor architects and business analysts on business process architecture and design; provide related design oversight on major initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in business process architecture, business process design, enterprise architecture or enterprise systems implementation.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale C2C or Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of financial systems (SAP preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and tender management systems on the functional and process level.
  • Experience integrating CRM (Salesforce), CPQ, tendering, billing (SAP), and revenue recognition platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of global finance operations, including tax, compliance, and multi-currency billing.
  • Background in MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks such as Bizbok.
  • Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) or Certified Business Architect (CBA).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or SAFe Agilist.
  • CPA, CMA, or FP&A certification is a plus for finance-savvy candidates.
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,225.00 - $292,837.50.
  • Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
