Requirements

• Proven experience in managing enterprise applications and IT operations.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and metrics related to application management.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing IT teams and projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and management.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics systems.
• Knowledge of compliance with GRC Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's enterprise-level software applications, ensuring robustness, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop and present key Application Management support metrics specific to enterprise application related ITSM process performance.
• Define repeatable, robust, and efficient processes for Change & Release Management to minimize disruptions to the business.
• Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting the ecosystem of enterprise applications, including hiring, coaching, and managing the team.
• Define sourcing and support requirements, vendor assessment matrix, and manage Managed Service / Applications Managed Services (AMS) vendor relationships.
• Plan, organize, and manage smaller projects related to enterprise applications.
