The Senior Director, Donation Operations Education and Training provides enterprise leadership and strategic direction for LiveOnNY's donation operations education, training, and competency framework. This role directs education and training activities as a result of collaboration with department leadership, material function leadership, and subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with donation and donor safety, regulatory compliance, workforce readiness, and donation performance outcomes for a federally designated Organ Procurement Organization (OPO). This position supports the establishment and enforcement of a prescriptive, audit-ready education and competency system aligned with CMS OPO Conditions for Coverage, OPTN policies, federal and state law, and LiveOnNY's operational strategy.
