This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering innovative and impactful events and experiences for our clients in New York City and beyond. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic approach for Aritzia’s events and experiences, bringing the brand to life through compelling, high-impact moments that elevate our positioning and inspire our audiences. Requirements

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in events & experiences, particularly at a luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
  • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value
  • A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic approach of our events and experiences
  • Conceptualize and execute brand-propelling events that reinforce our Everyday Luxury brand positioning and deepen brand loyalty
  • Conceptualize and execute culturally relevant experiences that increase brand awareness and brand affinity with an element of surprise and delight
  • Seamlessly manage and measure our events & experiences programs
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
