The Senior Director, Digital Strategy will serve as a senior enterprise leader responsible for shaping and integrating the company’s digital and technology vision with brand growth strategies and cross-functional priorities. This role aligns enterprise and brand perspectives into a unified technology strategy and enablement plan, ensuring that investments in digital, marketing technology, and HR technology drive growth, innovation, and organizational performance. This role requires the ability to influence and engage senior executives, translate complex business and technology challenges into clear priorities, and manage multiple high-impact projects with disciplined prioritization and execution. The senior director will oversee long-range digital and IT planning, drive the Technology & Innovation Advisory Board to ensure effective governance, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver transformative strategic projects. In addition, this role will design and facilitate Innovation Days and curated external market engagements that bring outside perspectives to challenge leadership thinking and inspire forward-looking strategies.

  • Shape and lead the enterprise-wide digital and technology strategy, integrating brand growth priorities and cross-functional needs into long-range roadmaps.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including future-facing capabilities such as AI-powered search and AI upskilling.
  • Drive development of content and experience for the Technology & Innovation Advisory Board to ensure productive engagement.
  • Bring outside-in perspectives to shape enterprise strategies by convening Consumer Innovation Summits and engaging external experts.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders across IT, brand, and functional teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Drive adoption of new ideas and technologies by embedding structured change management into strategic initiatives.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in digital/technology strategy and/or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing long-range strategies and transformation roadmaps.
  • Experience with board governance, executive-level advisory, or strategic committee leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic projects at the enterprise level.
  • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, digital capabilities, and innovation practices (AI, cloud, analytics, commerce, digital customer experience).
  • Exceptional facilitation and program design skills, with experience curating senior leadership engagements or external innovation immersions.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and engage senior leaders and board members.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s degree (MBA or related advanced degree) strongly preferred.
