The Senior Director, Digital Strategy will serve as a senior enterprise leader responsible for shaping and integrating the company’s digital and technology vision with brand growth strategies and cross-functional priorities. This role aligns enterprise and brand perspectives into a unified technology strategy and enablement plan, ensuring that investments in digital, marketing technology, and HR technology drive growth, innovation, and organizational performance. This role requires the ability to influence and engage senior executives, translate complex business and technology challenges into clear priorities, and manage multiple high-impact projects with disciplined prioritization and execution. The senior director will oversee long-range digital and IT planning, drive the Technology & Innovation Advisory Board to ensure effective governance, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver transformative strategic projects. In addition, this role will design and facilitate Innovation Days and curated external market engagements that bring outside perspectives to challenge leadership thinking and inspire forward-looking strategies.
