Sr. Director, Digital Product & Site Merchandising Purpose: The Sr. Director, Digital Product & Site Merchandising leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the digital product ecosystem and ecommerce experience. This role owns the end-to-end digital journey, site merchandising, and go-to-market execution, driving conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value. The Sr. Director partners with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-obsessed, data-driven digital experiences that align to business goals.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of ecommerce or digital product management experience; strong background in analytics, optimization, and digital product ownership; experience partnering with technology teams; proven leadership experience.
  • Expertise in ecommerce analytics, CRO, UX optimization, digital merchandising, and product management; experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the digital product strategy and roadmap aligned to conversion, engagement, and CLV.
  • Translate business objectives into prioritized digital initiatives, enhancements, and experiments.
  • Own the customer journey across digital touchpoints and lead UX optimization and experimentation.
  • Lead site merchandising strategy including promotions, product storytelling, and search optimization.
  • Own ecommerce KPIs including conversion, AOV, UPT, and funnel metrics, providing insights and dashboards.
  • Partner closely with IT, UX, Analytics, Merchandising, and Marketing to deliver digital experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital product and site merchandising professionals.
