At Houston Methodist, the Senior Director Development position is responsible for directing and growing the fundraising efforts for an assigned constituency within Houston Methodist, in accordance with the Foundation strategic plan. The Senior Director qualifies donor prospects and cultivates relationships with constituents to philanthropically support the mission of Houston Methodist. The Senior Director is also responsible for cultivating relationships with volunteer leaders, physicians, and key hospital leaders to support all Foundation capital and comprehensive campaigns. As the Foundation grows, management of a small team of fundraisers will also become a part of the Senior Director's responsibilities.
