As the Senior Director of Data Center Excellence, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for designing and executing scalable logistics operations across hyperscaler environments. You’ll drive structured expertise, rapid deployment, and long-term growth strategies across multiple data center locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years in data center logistics, operations, or engineering leadership
• Proven success in scaling operations across multiple regions
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Expertise in process improvement, safety compliance, and quality systems

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in launching and optimizing data center logistics operations
• Develop and implement standardized processes for multi-location rollouts
• Partner with hyperscaler clients to align operational execution with strategic goals
• Oversee quality, safety, and engineering functions to ensure consistent performance
• Build and mentor a team of subject matter experts and launch managers
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, support RFP responses, and co-develop client solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert in logistics for cloud infrastructure, contributing to client presentations and strategic planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring alignment between operational capabilities and customer expectations
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation
• Build and lead a high-performing team of logistics professionals across multiple locations
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
• Mentor and develop talent, ensuring succession planning and leadership continuity
