Job Description Rockwell Automation is looking for a Senior Director, Customer Sustainability, to join our global sustainability organization. In this role, you're responsible for developing, leading, and implementing our global customer sustainability strategy and initiative, and leading the team for executing Rockwell's customer sustainability strategy. Reporting to the Vice President, Sustainability, you will manage meeting business development goals, and internal and external responsibilities and helping communicate priorities with internal and external stakeholders. You will help drive innovation across our internal operations and collaborate on our internal ESG commitments and our ESG strategy for our customers. This will require internal business unit collaboration, influencing product strategy and roadmaps, thought leadership for us and growing Rockwell's revenue in the sustainability market. You will have experience and ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. This role will be based in a Rockwell office in either Milwaukee WI, Mayfield Heights OH or Houston TX on a hybrid office schedule.
