About The Position

You will lead and manage the analytics relationship for key clients. Your focus would be to drive best practice and measurement strategy, while enabling the broader team responsible for providing day to day deliverables and reporting. You will be relied upon to coordinate our industry-leading capabilities to quantify media's impact, helping to meet the client's goals and improve business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B industry and related analytics & data science around Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Exposure to advanced MMM media measurement capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a media agency highly preferred.
  • 10+ years in a quantitative business environment.
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics with knowledge of the media planning process.
  • Exposure to mobile, social, tablet measurement approaches.
  • Experience planning A/B and Match Market testing.
  • Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama).
  • Understanding of ad tech like DV360, LinkedIn.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R and exposure to Snowflake or Databricks platforms.
  • Demonstrates understanding of digital tracking including limitations and advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a cross-functional team performing and delivering data requirements, dashboards, custom and ad hoc analyses.
  • Be a leader on analytics to power Merkle's B2B Transformation initiative.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.
  • Participate in new business efforts to enable business growth and development.
  • Assist with local and national department initiatives.
  • Create measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with input from internal stakeholders.
  • Set the vision/strategy and facilitate team operations to deliver quality deliverables.
  • Provide thought leadership internally and for clients.
  • Author white papers, POVs and other industry thought capital.
  • Define project deliverables, timelines and dependencies.
  • Package deliverables in an articulate, easy-to-understand format with a clear storyline.
  • Understand the client's business and develop innovative problem-solving approaches.
  • Contribute to the success of other team members by providing training, knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Manage day to day performance and career growth of junior team members.
