About The Position
We're looking for a Senior Director of Culture & Belonging to join Procore's Global Talent Organization. Procore's values and culture have been a key imperative in our success. The Senior Director of Culture and Belonging will lead a small team focused on charting our path forward in measuring and evolving our culture in service of our changing business needs. In this highly visible and strategic role, you will have the opportunity to shape an inclusive, values-driven culture that empowers employees, supports communities, and elevates our brand as a great place to work. This position will report to our Chief People Officer and has the opportunity to be based in our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA, or any of our U.S. offices. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
