Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the team transforms data-driven insights into actionable plans that address complex business challenges. Focused on innovation and competitive positioning, the group guides high-impact projects and explores future opportunities to ensure Walmart’s sustained success in a dynamic retail environment. This role offers direct influence on critical decisions at the highest organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate strategy development within complex business environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategies into actionable financial targets and tactical plans.
  • Strong expertise in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating emerging risks.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and influencing multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced financial and strategic analysis skills to forecast trends and drive growth strategies.
  • Thought leadership with a track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present complex insights clearly to varied audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area and 8 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area OR 10 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area.
