About The Position
PubMatic has consistently achieved revenue growth and profitability by growing our business organically. As we continue to grow, PubMatic is looking for a dynamic Corporate Development leader to augment our organic growth strategy and create adjacencies through targeted acquisitions and/or investments. As Senior Director, Corporate Development for PubMatic you will play a leading role in building an M&A strategy that aligns with corporate objectives; developing theses and strategic rationale for both opportunities in our core markets as well as in adjacencies; cultivating relationships with a broad ecosystem of investors, advisors, and executives; negotiating and executing transactions; and coordinating post-acquisition integration. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will work cross-functionally across product, business development, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to lead all Corporate Development activities across the organization. This is a unique, individual contributor role that requires a high level of influence and experience and acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external company leaders.
