About The Position

Typical Accountabilities: • Directs, builds and leads teams to focus on execution of negotiation and access activities • Manages a staff, including performance management and hiring decision processes • Effectively manages all aspects of the contract creation and implementation process, including resource allocation and management of internal and external customer expectations • Defines qualitative and quantitative metrics to increase efficiency / effectiveness • Interacts with management and internal customers to provide knowledgeable input with regard to the factors that need to be considered as market and product strategies are developed Typical People Management Responsibility (direct / indirect reports): • Approximate number of people managed in total (all levels) - • Grandfather (manager of a manager) What is the global remit? Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong background in contracting, sales, sales operations, marketing, or finance
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including a strong focus on customer service
