We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-savvy leader to join us as Senior Director, Merchandising. In this role, you’ll lead a team that shapes how content is surfaced and showcased across our platform, working in close partnership with Product to deliver tailored, high-impact experiences that connect users to the stories they’ll love. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of editorial vision and algorithmic systems—bringing together curated strategy, user behavior insights, and scalable experimentation to drive engagement, retention, and time spent viewing. This is a global role with visibility and influence across all of Tubi’s markets, shaping merchandising strategy and execution to support content discovery and viewer engagement worldwide. You will be key to our evolution of merchandising as a hybrid of human creativity and intelligent automation. This is a hybrid role based in our Los Angeles office.
