The Senior Director Consumer Insights leader is responsible for the Consumer Insights Strategy, leading a robust research playbook to understand consumer behavior and preferences, translating Insights into actionable business strategies (Strategy, Marketing/Brand, Product, Innovation, Communications, M&A, etc.), across BUs (CMG, Salty, Protein, International, THX). In partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the role must deliver the next generation of Insights capabilities (Human & Machine collaboration) to strengthen the business ability to anticipate and respond to evolving consumer needs across the snacking landscape. The role is also accountable to drive the integration of Consumer Insights into Holistic Commercial Intelligence (Consumer, Category, Customer & Competitor) aiming to build one single source of truth for commercial intelligence.
