About the position

As the Senior Director, Channel Marketing, you will lead integrated retail and e-commerce marketing strategies to grow Moen's presence and performance across major partners such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, and Wayfair. With your deep expertise in omnichannel strategy, consumer engagement, and collaborative leadership, you will shape Moen's go-to-market execution and build strong cross-functional connections to drive sustained growth. You will work across internal teams and external partners to elevate brand visibility, optimize shopper experiences, and align marketing efforts with Moen's business goals. Your ability to deliver actionable insights, strengthen customer relationships, and champion high-performing teams will be essential to success in this dynamic, multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead retail and e-commerce channel marketing strategies that enhance visibility, conversion, and customer engagement across Moen's key partners.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Digital, and RGM teams to execute omnichannel campaigns that connect the customer journey across online and in-store touchpoints.
  • Lead the strategic planning and flawless execution of channel-specific product launches in collaboration with Product and Innovation teams.
  • Build strong relationships with major retail and digital commerce partners to co-develop campaigns, optimize placements, and enhance category presence.
  • Oversee the creation of merchandising strategies and sales tools, including planograms, displays, training content, and marketing collateral.
  • Drive performance analysis and reporting across all channels, turning insights into actions to continuously improve results.
  • Manage budget planning and investment allocation to maximize ROI and align with broader commercial objectives.
  • Empower a high-performing team through mentorship, coaching, and clear strategic direction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform proactive marketing adjustments.
  • Collaborate with peers across the business to share insights, evolve best practices, and align channel marketing strategies with enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in retail or omnichannel marketing within the building products or consumer durables industry.
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer accounts, channel marketing, or retail partnerships, including budget oversight and P&L exposure.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing through influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail merchandising strategies, with experience in platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, and big-box retailers.
  • Skilled in performance tracking using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust, share clear strategies, and engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, store visits, or market activations.
