About The Position
The Sr Director, Regional Risk Management, will develop, execute, and administer the insurance risk strategy for Greystar's Development and Construction projects within a specific region. The role will oversee and coordinate the company's insurance placement and administration, and partner with Loss Control and Claims Management. The role will also have program line oversight for a specific coverage, such as General Liability, Subcontractor Default Insurance, or Builders Risk. This position is required to be based at one of Greystar's offices and will involve travel to construction projects within the region.
