This position is part of a professional Finance and Accounting team that reports directly to the VP of Finance. The Sr. Director, Compensation is responsible for the design, development, implementation, administration, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and short-term incentive pay. This position will lead the compensation function and work with leadership to ensure that the compensation strategy and programs support the business's objectives, meet all legal requirements, and deliver value and equitable pay to position the organization as a preferred employer of choice. This is a direct manager role with a team of 1-3 direct reports.
