Job Summary The Senior Director of Compensation is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global compensation strategies across all regions where the company operates. Based in the United States, this role partners closely with regional HR leaders to ensure that compensation programs are competitive, equitable, compliant with local and international regulations, and aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
