About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Director, Compensation Partners to lead and elevate our global compensation strategy in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS environment. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping compensation philosophies, programs, and frameworks that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting our mission and growth trajectory. You will oversee a team of compensation business partners, ensuring alignment across business units and providing data-driven insights to influence executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Extensive Compensation Leadership: 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 5 years leading a senior compensation team in a global SaaS or high-tech organization.
  • Deep Technical Expertise: Strong command of base pay structures, market pricing, equity programs, and variable compensation design (including sales incentives).
  • SaaS/Technology Experience: Proven track record supporting fast-scaling, subscription-based business models, including familiarity with ARR-based metrics and growth-stage dynamics.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, perform advanced market analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic Business Partner: Skilled at influencing executives and cross-functional leaders with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Governance & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of global compensation compliance, pay equity practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated success developing and leading high-performing teams in a matrixed, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and HR business partners on compensation strategy and approach to support talent and business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership).
  • Present recommendations, insights, and analyses in a clear and persuasive manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and drive compensation programs and ensure alignment with broader HR initiatives.
  • Use data analytics to inform decision-making and assess the effectiveness of compensation programs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of compensation business partners.
  • Provide guidance on technical and analytical aspects of compensation work.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee complex compensation projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate across multiple business units or client teams for seamless execution.
